Seeking a job and being represented by us costs you nothing. So how do we stay in business? We conduct interviews, skill evaluations, offer guidance to creatives and we streamline billing and payments for our partners.
In exchange, companies pay a service fee on top of your agreed upon hourly rate. The key difference with us, is that we take a much lower service fee than industry standard which means you get more money in your account. -
