Job searching as a creative can feel like you're lost in a maze. We've been there. We've also been on the agency side, trying to find the perfect creative match. Often it's like being stuck between a rock and a hard place.

We've eaten the sausage, made it, and even sold it. And seriously, it's time for a better recipe. So, we focused on creating a better staffing model which provides access to higher-caliber creatives, the backbone of effective creative projects.

Manifesto

The existing staffing model is frustrating, inhuman and frankly exploitative toward creatives.

The problem is that staffing agencies are largely focused on sales, not talent. Now, more than ever in the advent of GenAI, creatives are increasingly being treated as numbers, not humans. This needs to be addressed now.
