Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working in an agency environment and managing accounts, either while at one of the larger shops / holding companies, or while dedicated to a Fortune 1000 client account. This role requires strategic and analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships while delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and strategic insight.

  • Client POV: Strive to understand the clients needs and perspectives so that you can play the client "role" (be the client's advocate) during internal meetings to better meet client objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and operations, to deliver seamless and impactful client solutions.

  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific challenges to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year on an account team within a large, established agency setting, preferably with exposure to big corporate clients.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.

    • Expertise in client presentations, pitch development, and storytelling.

    • Proven ability to earn the respect of both senior-level client-side marketers and a wild and unruly creative team.

  • Tools: Proficiency in business software, project management tools, and presentation platforms.

  • Personality: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to exceed client expectations.
