Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of social media content and marketing materials.
Support the creative team in project research, concept development, and execution.
Participate in the planning and coordination of influencer and content creator campaigns.
Engage in daily operations related to talent management and agency workflows.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance the agency's branding and online presence.
Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in the fields of marketing, design, and talent management.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
Creative mindset with basic skills in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive learner eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
Compensation:
