Job Summary
As a Sr. AE (“Talent Agent”) at Vicarious, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our sales strategy. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your role will encompass a combination of strategic planning, team leadership, and client engagement.

We are seeking a visionary Talent Agent to join our sales team, drive revenue growth, and foster key client relationships.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.
Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and nurturing potential new client partnerships.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new revenue streams, optimizing pricing strategies, and expanding service offerings.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs and sales metrics to track team performance and provide regular reports to the executive team.
Contract Negotiations: Oversee contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including talent acquisition, marketing, and operations, to align sales efforts with the agency's overall mission.
Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control.
Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the creative talent agency or related industry.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
A deep understanding of the creative talent industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as required.
