Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Sourcing:
Proactively identify, source, and recruit top-tier creative talent using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and portfolio sites.
Attend industry events, networking mixers, and relevant workshops to meet potential candidates and promote Vicarious.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with candidates from the initial contact to placement, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates regarding job opportunities, interviews, and offer details.
Client Collaboration:
Partner with client companies to understand their specific creative needs, company culture, and project specifics.
Offer strategic staffing solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Interviewing & Assessment:
Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to gauge their skillset, work experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers and provide guidance on the best matches for their needs.
Database Management:
Maintain an up-to-date database of creative professionals, ensuring all information is accurate and relevant.
Document all candidate interactions, feedback, and placement details in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging roles in the creative sector, and salary benchmarks.
Provide insights and data to the team to ensure Vicarious remains at the forefront of the creative staffing industry.
Goals:
Achieve monthly and yearly recruitment targets set by management.
Maintain a high placement success rate and candidate retention within client companies.
Continuously expand the network of creative professionals and foster lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering tailored staffing solutions that meet their specific needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the creative sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for identifying and nurturing creative talent.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
Strong understanding of the creative industry, roles, and current market trends.
