Project Manager

We are Vicarious, a talent agency that represents established and emerging creatives all across the world! We’re currently seeking project managers of all levels to work with our awesome clients.

As a project manager, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

• Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  3. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility

  4. Ensure resource availability and allocation

  5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

  6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

  7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

  8. Report and escalate to management as needed

  9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Qualifications

  1. At least one year of project management experience

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

  3. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  5. Bonus points for bilingual candidates!

We work with corporate and agency clients, and roles could be from a few hours on up to full-time permanent. Roles can be onsite, remote or hybrid.

Compensation is based on experience, and we provide healthcare benefits. There’s an opportunity for a 401(k) after 6 months.
