Project Manager

Crown Social is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding agency. Candidates must have aptitude and desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, nimble agency. Ability to manage multiple projects and team-members simultaneously is a must.

What You Need

Experience building digital project plans, including:

  • Budgets/Estimates

  • Project Schedules and Timelines

  • Ability to work closely with the Account team members to:

  • Ensure presentations are client-ready

  • Keep projects on budget and on schedule

  • Familiarity managing multiple projects of various types efficiently

  • Knowledge of project management software, i.e. Workamajig

  • Proven experience building strong relationships

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Entrepreneurial instincts

Role Requirements

Familiarity managing multiple projects of various types efficiently

  • 2-3 years of project management experience

  • Agency experience required

  • Significant digital experience

  • Serve as the liaison between all team members

  • Responsible for keeping project on time and on budget

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Dropbox, and other team communication programs (Skype, Slack, etc.)
