Position: Senior Agency Account Executive
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote/Hybrid options available)

Salary: $100,000 median (target) with an upper bound of $125,000, or hourly equivalents, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in the creative industry to join our full-service partner agency in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving successful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.
Lead strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with creative and strategic teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insightful reporting and recommendations to clients and agency leadership.
Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in account management within a creative agency environment.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
