Job Description: Project Manager
We are on the lookout for a Full-Time Project Manager to join our client's team at a large and innovative tech company based in Seattle. This position plays a critical role in driving project execution and ensuring timely delivery in line with strategic goals.
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote candidates considered)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the client’s objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and communicate between various project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
Develop detailed project plans that outline specific tasks, timelines, milestones, and resources required.
Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to both the team and senior management on project status, offering solutions and adjustments to plans as necessary.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions and the achievement of shared goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of project management experience, preferably in a tech or creative environment.
Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams.
