Job Description: DesignOps Specialist / Design Operations Manager

Vicarious Agency, a distinguished creative staffing firm, is actively recruiting for a Creative Operations Manager position on behalf of a large tech company based in Seattle. This role is designed to enhance the operational efficiency of our client's creative department and optimize project delivery.

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote candidates considered)

Committment: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the creative department, ensuring project deliverables meet the client's strategic objectives, budget, and timelines.

• Develop and refine project management processes to improve workflow efficiency and foster better communication across teams.

• Work closely with department heads to align creative operations with the broader business goals of the client.

• Handle resource allocation and scheduling to ensure proper workload distribution and task prioritization.

• Establish and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of creative operations and outputs.

• Promote collaborative efforts across various departments to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers and coordinators, encouraging professional development and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design Management, or related field.

• A minimum of five years of experience in operations management within a creative, marketing, or advertising setting.

• Proficient in project management principles and experienced with project management tools.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and lead, with strong decision-making capabilities.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective cross-functional teamwork.
