Our client is a pioneering company in the health and biotech sector.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Community Manager to take the lead in managing and enhancing our partner's social media presence. This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy that promotes community engagement and brand advocacy.
Location: Bellevue, WA
This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Create and oversee the production of engaging content that aligns with current trends and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and accuracy across social media campaigns and initiatives.
Drive community engagement by developing innovative campaigns and managing customer interactions alongside our customer service teams.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights to continually refine and enhance strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in digital and social media marketing with a proven track record in content creation, community management, and strategic planning.
Expertise in utilizing major social media platforms and emerging digital channels.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
