Seeking Multidisciplinary Digital Designer

Vicarious Creative Talent Agency is seeking a Digital / Visual Designer to join our team as a remote, embedded partner inside the internal creative organization of a global technology company.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a distributed team of designers, writers, strategists, and marketers to create high-impact digital creative across web, social, email, and paid media channels. You’ll help bring large-scale marketing campaigns to life while maintaining a high bar for craft, consistency, and performance.
This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-level campaigns for one of the world’s most influential technology platforms, while contributing to a collaborative and design-driven environment that values experimentation, emerging tools, and strong creative thinking.
This role is 100% remote (US-based). Candidates who are able to occasionally work in person once or twice per week in Seattle (South Lake Union) or New York City (Midtown) are a bonus but not required.
What You’ll Do
Design for digital marketing channels
Create visual assets across web, landing pages, email, social media, and paid advertising that support marketing initiatives and help move customers through the funnel.
Paid media & ad creative
Develop high-performing visual concepts and executions for paid campaigns across social and digital platforms.
Social media design
Produce platform-first content such as posts, story graphics, reel covers, and campaign visuals designed for engagement and shareability.
Campaign support
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual systems across multiple channels.
Adapt and scale creative
Extend core campaign assets into multiple formats, sizes, and placements while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with program managers, marketers, writers, video teams, and other designers to bring creative briefs to life.
Move quickly within agile environments
Operate effectively within fast-moving creative workflows and help identify ways to streamline production using automation, AI/GenAI tools, and scalable design processes.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional design experience
Strong background in digital marketing and advertising creative
Experience designing for paid media, social, and web
Ability to design across multiple formats and channels
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile creative teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio that demonstrates craft, clarity, and campaign thinking
Tools & Skills
You’ll work with tools such as:
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Collaboration tools used by large distributed creative teams
Emerging AI / GenAI tools for creative production
Motion, animation, or video editing experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience working on large-scale or enterprise marketing campaigns
Familiarity with design systems and brand governance
Experience creating templates or scalable creative systems
Motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
