About Us
CROWN (and our network brands) partner with bold, forward-thinking companies to translate culture into measurable growth. We work with high-impact brands across tech, healthcare, hospitality, CPG, food & beverage, e-commerce, finance, and beyond — combining data, creativity, and execution into a single, seamless practice.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with strong data translation skills and B2B experience in the food and CPG space. This role is designed for someone who can take complex, multi-source data (including Power BI dashboards and raw marketing performance data) and distill it into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will bring not only analytics expertise but also an understanding of B2B marketing dynamics in food/CPG — helping us identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and shape data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Translate multi-channel marketing data (social, paid, CRM, web, sales) into insights and actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs across campaigns.
Partner with account and creative teams to ensure analytics informs campaign planning and optimization.
Identify trends in consumer behavior, category benchmarks, and competitive activity within the CPG and food industries.
Develop presentations that tell a compelling story — connecting data to client outcomes and business growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, paid media, and client service teams to ensure alignment between insights and execution.
Maintain rigor in data hygiene, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles.
Experience working with Power BI and other visualization/BI tools.
Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within CPG and/or food industries.
Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
Comfortable presenting findings to both internal stakeholders and senior client executives.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, SOV, conversion) and sales pipeline data.
Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
Excel/SQL knowledge a plus.
