Account Director

We are Vicarious, an innovative staffing agency serving both emerging and established creative professionals. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Director to join our agency client in the Bay Area.

As an Account Director, you will serve as the senior point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of all client needs. You will oversee existing contracts, enhance client-agency relationships, and guarantee satisfaction for both parties. This pivotal role also involves developing innovative strategies for identifying prospective clients and securing new business opportunities.

      • Address and resolve client issues effectively.

      • Manage departments to nurture a positive client-company relationship.

      • Communicate consistently with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met.

      • Forge strong client relationships to sustain existing business and secure new accounts.

      • Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee that they meet all client requests.

      • Handle complaints and oversee processes related to client preferences.

      • Represent clients within the agency to ensure their demands are prioritized, enhancing the customer experience.

      • Analyze consumer behavior data to adapt to changing needs.

      • Implement improvements in agency processes, including client training, status meetings, and comprehensive communications.

      • Streamline interactions between account, project management, and creative departments to optimize workflow.

      • Robust problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and needs.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions.

      • A thorough understanding of consumer behavior.

      • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with various customers and clients.

      • Exceptional analytical abilities for evaluating client data.

      • Effective time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.

      • Advanced negotiation skills to effectively close contracts.

      • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: Competitive; based on experience. Includes healthcare benefits and the opportunity for a 401(k) after 6 months.
