About Vicarious Talent Agency: We connect creative talents with career opportunities. We're currently helping an LA-based advertising agency find a skilled Social Media Manager.
Role Overview: You'll handle content creation, community engagement, and use advanced social media tools to drive brand growth and measure the results.
Responsibilities:
Develop social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Produce and manage content on platforms like Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Twitch, and LinkedIn.
Use tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, and Dash Hudson to schedule content, monitor engagement, and analyze data.
Analyze performance metrics to improve social campaigns.
Engage with audiences to build a strong brand community.
Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
Keep up-to-date with digital trends.
Qualifications:
Experience in community management or a similar role.
Proficient in social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Dash Hudson).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic photo and video editing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
