Role Overview: You'll handle content creation, community engagement, influencer management, and use advanced social media tools to drive brand growth and measure the results.
Responsibilities:
Be one of the primary points of contact for the agency’s clients.
Develop social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Produce and manage content on platforms like Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Twitch, Threads, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Use tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, and Dash Hudson to schedule content, monitor engagement, and analyze data.
Analyze performance metrics to improve social campaigns.
Engage with audiences to build a strong brand community.
Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
Keep up-to-date with digital trends.
Qualifications:
Client-facing experience in an agency environment in community management or a similar role.
Be great at staying organized across multiple projects and keeping your team and stakeholders organized and on-track as well.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Later, Brandwatch, Dash Hudson, etc).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience creating content for social media, preferred if you have experience in front of the camera
Proficiency in video editing tools.
Basic proficiency in paid social advertising and related metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
